Louise King is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CXO Source. Louise began her career in Human Resources, working her way up to the Director level at middle market and large public companies. She quickly discovered her passion for recruiting and has specialized in all aspects of executive recruiting since 2006. Across her career she has consistently built and lead top performing teams. Clients trust Louise to deliver quality service and a high level of accessibility and engagement. She has differentiated herself as someone highly focused on candidate quality but through her extensive network, has the ability to fill any executive position quickly if needed. Her skill and expertise is enhanced by her insightful instinct to find executives who are just the right fit for each role. Louise was born and educated in Dublin, Ireland and received a Certificate in Leadership from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. She spends her time away from work traveling to visit family and raising her son. Louise is grateful to pursue her passion for connecting clients with the perfect candidate and candidates with the perfect role.
Patrick Webster is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CXO Source. For over 20 years, Patrick has been helping clients tackle their most crucial people decisions through an array of disciplines including: Executive Search, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition Strategy, and Human Capital Strategy. Over the past 15 years, Patrick has designed and built products in the Search and Talent Consulting space for a variety of professional services firms. In his role with CXO Source, Patrick works closely with clients to identify and recruit senior executives across the C-suite. His two decades of experience working with CEOs and COOs to solve their business challenges, in addition to founding and running his own businesses, has given him unique insight into the demands on senior executives and what is needed to meet those demands. In his spare time, Patrick works with at-risk youth and young adults helping them overcome their challenges and begin to plan for their futures. Patrick earned a BBA Finance with a minor in economics as well as an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern State University. Patrick also holds an SPHR certification from HRCI as well as certifications in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Strategy from HCI.
