Managing Partner
Louise King brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Executive Search, specializing in C-Suite recruiting since 2006. Over her extensive career, which includes building her own businesses and working with both middle-market and public companies, Louise has established herself as a trusted partner to her clients. She excels in placing top-tier executive talent for Private Equity portfolio companies across a range of sectors, including industrial, manufacturing, technology, and business services. With a keen ability to identify and place the ideal executive for any position, Louise ensures that each placement is a perfect fit. Born and educated in Dublin, Ireland, she holds a Degree in Business from Dublin Business School and a leadership certificate from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Outside of her professional endeavors, Louise is an avid traveler who enjoys skiing, biking, competing in triathlons, and spending quality time with her family.

Jeff Resta

Jeff Resta is an accomplished Executive Search and Talent Acquisition professional with 25 years of experience across both corporate and agency settings, including contingency and retained searches. Over the past 15 years, he has specialized in consulting for companies in the Technology, E-commerce, Software, Data Security, Insurance, Semiconductor, and Healthcare sectors. Jeff possesses deep expertise in recruiting for roles in Technology, Data, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, HR, Operations, Product, Strategy, and Legal. His clients have included industry leaders such as Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), Intel, Walmart, Amazon, Intuit, Guidewire Software, McAfee, Zoosk, Ixia, and Yum! Brands. Before transitioning to consulting, Jeff honed his executive search skills at Korn/Ferry and Deloitte, where he developed his passion for identifying and securing top executive talent. He has been pivotal in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies that drive business success for his clients. Outside of his professional life, Jeff is an avid writer and musician, recording music and attending live music events. He also enjoys photography, particularly capturing music, dance, and performing arts for global artists, ballet companies, and Cirque du Soleil. Additionally, Jeff is a passionate pickleball player and has a rich background in classical, flamenco, jazz, and rock guitar.

Selcuk Caglar
Director, Sourcing and Analysis

Selcuk Caglar supports and manages sourcing, scheduling, and reporting for CXO Source. He brings over 25 years of experience. Selcuk comes uniquely qualified for this role having worked in diverse industries such as corporate banking, manufacturing (electronics, appliances, digital signage), market growth consulting, retail (running specialty), education and executive search. He has held roles as analyst, purchasing manager, new market development director, consulting partner, business owner, dean of students, and is now with CXO Source bringing together his experience to support our clients’ varied positions across multiple industries. He earned a BBA Economics from Istanbul University as well as an MS in Management Information Systems with a minor in telecommunications from Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Selcuk is a long-distance runner and a triathlete (7 times 70.3 Ironman) and he coaches youth athletes.
